We have plenty of experience developing leaders. Our sister company Professional Leaning Systems has been training managers since 1989.  We know what it takes to develop top level leaders and high potentials. Some coaches offer services by phone or email or offer limited face-to-face time. Even though there are studies that show that the phone meetings can be effective, there's no substitute for actual face-to-face time between client and coach. The client is more accountable and there's less multi-tasking, as there usually is, when clients work their coach on the phone.  Face-to-face meetings force honesty, impose concentration, and guarantee a personal commitment to success. Our Midwest location allows for face-to-face coaching to a good part of the country.  Dayton, Columbus, Indianapolis, Louisville, Lexington are all within a two-hour drive of Cincinnati.

Coaching is an "art" as well as a process. Learning that "art" takes some time, education, and experience. We've seen some of the top coaching firms in the country only require a short seminar to prepare their coaches. We are continually developing our skills and knowledge of the coaching process. We are certified as coaches by the University of Cincinnati.
