Rob VeVerka is an accomplished and in-demand executive leadership certified coach. He is president of Professional Learning Systems and Top Level Coaching. Recently as Director of Executive Education at the University of Cincinnati, he worked with executives to improve leadership skills. He was the Dean of the Executive Program  for senior-level executives and emerging leaders in the Cincinnati Metropolitan area. Rob has management and leadership experience with several top organizations including Ernst & Young, Xerox, and Ford. His clients are usually executives whose work is critically important to the organization. He will personally work with a maximum of eight clients at any one time. He provides coaching for leaders around the world. His coaching follows a step-by-step tested process for behavioral change.

Jerry Kleinhaus is a certified Executive Coach Mr. Kleinhaus spent more than 26 years with Convergys Corporation (NYSE: CVG) where, as Vice President for Client Services, he led an organization of project management and customer service professionals.  During his career, he also held leadership positions in development, marketing, strategic planning, program management and operations.  He has worked with some of America's most influential companies including AT&T (SBC / Bell South), Cingular, Time Warner, Cox Communications, Comcast and IBM. He also holds a certificate in strategic and market planning from The Wharton School of Business (University of Pennsylvania); and certificates in business planning from The University of Cincinnati and Rollins College in Maitland, Florida.

 

 

Jennifer McClure is Vice President at Centennial, a Cincinnati-based recruitment and coaching firm. McClure is charged with strategic recruiting efforts, executive coaching and business development for the firm.  Ms. McClure is an accomplished executive leader with more than 18 years of experience at progressively higher levels of responsibility in all facets of human resources and people development. Prior to joining Centennial, she was Vice President of Human Resources for Bicycle Holding, Inc./The United States Playing Card Company, where she served as a key member of the executive team responsible for financial and cultural turnaround in an established global organization. As a Human Resources Manager at both ADVICS Manufacturing Ohio, Inc. and The Kroger Company she developed and led recruiting strategies, processes and efforts to staff rapid organizational growth.
