THE
PARADOX
That's a good excuse for many
managers......However, most often managers just don’t know how
to coach and avoid it. Even if they did have more time, they
would spend their time “managing” and fire-fighting.
Most managers
focus on performance coaching and few do developmental coaching.
Most manager's coaching activity is performance-based,
on-the-fly, and rarely focuses on the behavioral skills needed
to get performers to the next level. Even worse, the most
talented are the least likely to get coaching. It is logical
that to retain, grow and develop employees leaders should spend
time in developmental coaching dialogues. But they don't...not
even in good times.
We think it’s the
missing skill or lost skill in light of the pressures middle
managers have today. Yet, it is one of the most crucial skills
they need as a leader….to develop and build their team for the
future.
The Coaching
Imperative is a new one-two day program presented by successful
Executive Coaches. They help managers learn executive coaching
techniques, skills, and processes to get behavior change.
Each program
is customized exclusively for the company and participants.
As a result of this training participants will:

want from their managers or coach.

get behavior change from the participant.
- Learn an"Executive Coaching
Model" that teaches managers how to conduct a
