Emotional Intelligence: A No-Brainer with an ROI like this -

A recent study of emotional intelligence, (along with 33 other important workplace skills,) found that emotional intelligence is the single strongest predictor of workplace performance, accounting for a full 58% of success in all types of jobs.

Furthermore, additional studies have found that 90% of top performers in positions of leadership are high in emotional intelligence. On the flip side, only 20% of top rated leaders scored low in emotional intelligence. In other words, you can be a successful leader lacking emotional intelligence, but your opportunity for success is much lower.

Dan Goleman wrote the best seller Primal Leadership about a decade ago. Since then Emotional Intelligence (EI/EQ) has exploded world-wide.

Dr. Richard Boyatzis, of Case continues to research Emotional Intelligence and shows bottom line results for many companies who adopt EQ. AT&T salespeople sold $250K more than those with lower EQ scores. At L'Oreal, sales professionals with high EQ scores sold $91,370 more than their lower scoring peers. Richard worked with partners from a Big 4 consultancy, and showed that EQ trained partners achieved $1.2 million more profit than their peers.

We became certified to teach EQ at Case Western Reserve in Cleveland with Hay Associates and Richard Boyatzis who co-authored Primal Leadership with Daniel Goleman. Since then we have presented Emotional Intelligence workshops and helped people and companies coaching leaders and other recognize their EQ impact.

We work with companies and individuals. We offer public workshops, in-house seminars, assessments, and one-on-one coaching. An Emotional Intelligence assessment is often a great starting point to begin executive coaching Leaders learn their QI strengths and weaknesses. Together with an executive coach, the leader can select high priority areas for development.

Emotional Intelligence In-House half-day Workshop

This half-day workshop is designed for teams and groups. It's an ideal off-site program, a session at a sales meeting, or retreat. The workshop is conducted at your choice of date and location. It will be run by a certified EQ instructor. The workshop is fast-paced and is a cost-effective session to help pinpoint EQ strengths and weaknesses.

It introduces Emotional Intelligence. Each person attending will complete the EQ 360 assessment as pre-work. They will receive their personal and confidential EQ report at the session.

As a follow-up and reinforcement, each participant will get a 1-2 hour coaching session with an executive coach. This is typically done virtually on Webex. These will be scheduled at the workshop.
