Pay for Performance
Although this may be a higher priced option, it eliminates
any risk for you. Our pricing model is simple. You don't pay if you don't see
change. At the start of the process we determine what
change looks like and use that as a measurement. Using this model, we are very careful to
select clients where the candidate is coachable. We will not
accept clients who are ready to be fired and don't want to be
coached. If you don't see positive change, you don't have to
pay for our time, however, we will bill you monthly for all assessments,
meetings location expenses, and travel.
Fixed Price, Fixed
Term
We will set a specific
price for a specific length of time. Our rate for this service is based
upon the location of the client since out-of-town clients
require more time and travel. Discounts are available for
multiple clients from the same company.
